Bison Burger1 pound ground bison
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 egg
1 teaspoon mustard

Combine all ingredients and shape into 4 burgers. Cook in skillet over medium heat until patties are desired doneness. Serve hot with favorite accompaniments. Makes 4 servings.
